I hope so, but they wouldn't need evidence. I would confess it.

They will have to take me off of the corner we preach on. If I get arrested I will tell people in prison about Jesus. I will preach were ever the Lord leads.
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. Romans 8:18
For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake, Philippians 1:29
No, this does not make me good. So likewise you, when you have done all those things which you are commanded, say, ‘We are unprofitable servants. We have done what was our duty to do.’” Luke 17:10

There is exactly this type of persecution going on all over the world right now. You apparently don't live where it is common.
We who do God's work get stopped, arrested, jailed, and killed for it. Jesus said it would happen, and it does.

I certainly hope so, both physical evidence such as the Bibles in my house and car, my baptismal certificate, my name on the rolls at my church, etc. and spiritual evidence in the life that I lead and how I treat others.

It's a hard case to make. A person could just explain that they're not a true Christian and get off.

Not unless it was a crime to have been one in the past, as in many years ago.
No, I'd be more likely to get arrested for being an atheist. ;)

Pretty sure I would either get the Death Penalty or a life sentence without possibility of parole. But I would confess. No remorse.

I believe so, for the Lord is leader of my life!
I am confident of this very thing, that He who begun a good work in you, He will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.
