I have heard of him before on the news...esp a few months ago...i live in Miami...but remember what 1 John 4:1 says: "Beloved ones, do not believe every inspired expression, but test the inspired expressions to see whether they originate with God, because many false prophets have gone forth into the world. " Acts 20:29,30: "I know that after my going away oppressive wolves will enter in among YOU and will not treat the flock with tenderness, and from among YOU yourselves men will rise and speak twisted things to draw away the disciples after themselves. "
I let God's Word, the Bible, guide me and my thinking...always do your research and examine the Bible thoroughly...we are to follow only what God has set out in his laws and principles in the Bible...not a man's opinions or beliefs...so if it is not in harmony with God's Word in all things...then it is false...

I have not heard of Mr. Miranda. Are you saying this man actually claims to be Jesus returned? No wonder he has trouble with the Catholic Church! It's a wonder he hasn't had as much trouble with other churches, and with civil authorities as well. In America, he would probably be committed to a mental hospital.
Have you ever read a book called "The Three Christs of Ypsilanti?" That's Ypsilanti State Hospital in Michigan. They actually had three patients at once who all claimed to be Christ. A doctor decided to put them together and see what would happen. You have to read the book to find out.

I think anyone who claims to be "Christ in person" would be bound to find trouble with Christians. I'm not one of them, and have no idea who "Mr. Miranda" is, but even I expect that if I went around claiming to be their God, they might take offense.

This is the guy who had "666" tattooed on his arm? Nothing new, there have been people with much the same ideas throughout the history of the Church.

God told us many people will claim they are Jesus. And that may cause people to be astray from God. But I believe these people who call themselves Jesus Christ are only anti-Christs. If they call themselves Christ, they are the lowest people in their religion and they also need to hit the mental ward. When He comes, we will know. But when He comes, that doesn't mean everyone will believe Him. But the people who believe in God will know. God will help us know. Even some atheists may believe then. :-) But some may not. Thank God for free will.

Jesus said "many will come in my name claiming to be the Christ" Dont even go out to see.
Jesus feet wont even hit the ground when he comes. The Bible says we will meet him in the air at his 2nd comming.
