Take her to the vet. Could she have gotten into anything that she could of eaten causing an obstruction? Or could she have gotten into anything, like a toxin that she could of eaten. Rat poisons, certain weeds, ect... I would ask at work if you can leave to take your dog in or even drop it off and the vet so that you can return to work. Your dog deserves this from you.

A lot of people don't want to believe this for some reason but you hear of this stuff all day everyday on Y answers and in my opinion it is the food. People don't seem to get that each batch is different with different sources and different meat and different everything. I think you should fast the dog for 24 hours. DO NOT try to stop the diarrhea with anything. Diarrhea is the bodies way of clearing out toxins and to stop that is not a good idea. Don't add in any more food to her system. This also will only prolong things. A good 24 hour fast with providing plenty of water and getting rid of the current bag or can of food is the best thing you could do. If this goes on for more then 2 days, she needs to see a vet. But my (educated) guess is it's the food!
I have done a ton of research on dog food and while others make a claim that this is just common fro time to time or the dog must have gotten into something or whatever is only masking the truth. People don't just start vomiting and get diarrhea for no reason. It's generally ALWAYS from something we ate. She doesn't have the flu. This was caused by something in her food bowl.

The last thing the dog needs is a flippin vaccine! Says right on the bottle. FOR HEALTHY ANIMALS ONLY. So to the person who said to make sure vaccines are up to date/valid... do your vaccine homework!

Parvo
You had better find someone to take her to the vet ASAP like right now because she will die today or tomorrow if you don't. It might already be too late if she is vomiting. Parvo kills dogs within 2-3 days. The only treatment is IVs and fever control. Any liquid given by mouth cannot be digested. Parvo is one disease that must be treated by the vet.

And if you have any other dogs at home who are not fully vaccinated, take them too because you will watch them die if you don't. It is a horrible disease.

It is hard to say without checking the dog. The best you can do - if you cannot go right away to a veterinarian - is to observe. When you are back home you must take her to a vet. Also check if your puppy has all the vacination valid.

give her a little water frequently, the diarrhea and throwing up will leave her dehydrated. use an eye dropper or similar. if u have to, take her to emeg vet, after u get off work.
