I suppose both would be offensive. When someone is trying to insult you, that alone is offensive regardless of the specific words they choose. If you are being called either of those, be secure in the knowledge you are neither and go about your business. You are better than that.

Unless you are trying to figure out the better insult in order to be the one insulting someone else. If that is the case, just say no.

t w a t but many people do not realise that is a pregnant fish or tadpoles as well, also means THE WAR AGAINST TERROR!!! so I would not be offended if I was a pregnant fish or directly talking about the war on terror calling me a whore for being a pregnant fish wouldnt be very nice, I could have done it for love?

A whore is a prostitute wouldnt bother me Im in a steady relationship hehe. But the question you should be asking is what if you were a pregnant fish prostitute? would you be offended?

"sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me" is the old saying, and yet very true even today. I think the world has far more worrying problems than a few words that some people get offended by. I am more offended by what politicans have to say, and they are supposedly polite!

A t w a t is more lighthearted like p r a t. A hoare (correct spelling..whore) is more offensive it suggests loose morals and looser knicker elastic.Women don't like being thought of like that.
Scientist X..Fish don't get pregnant, they lay eggs which are fertilized afterwards..OUTSIDE the body.(Some scientist!!)

Both are offensive, whore is the most offensive.

Neither word should be used in polite conversation.

Well, one is a slang reference to the female anatomy and the other is a word for a woman who sleeps around...They're both offensive...

I assume you mean Whore - a Hoare is a hard frost. I wouldn't like being called either without justification.

They are both very offensive and demeaning. It shows very little intelligence to call people names.

They're equally offensive, but I wouldn't pay any attention to someone stupid enough to be calling someone names like a second-grader...
