Go for 40, 45, and 50 on the first 3. That will put you right on pace then, hopefully, you'll get an adrenaline rush and pull about a 40 for the last one, giving you a 2:55.

It is best to run the same pace the whole way. So do a 90 second first lap, or a 45 second half lap. You might be able to figure out where 1/4 laps are at 22 seconds, but that would take a lot of looking at your watch and you want to be running.
