The problem with mixed drinks is that the juice is what has the most calories....cranberry, oj, pineapple, etc all have a lot of sugar and calories. Stay away from any diet soda all together- it's just as bad for you as regular soda. Also remember, all that sugar in the juice mixers make for a really bad hangover 1 shot of clear alcohol, 1 beer and 1 glass of wine are almost equivalent in calories. If you don't like shots I would suggest vodka with soda water (0 calories) with fresh squeezed lime. That's what I drink :)

Most of them contain far less than beer. You can get light beer, which has less if you want to drink beer. Also all spirits have fewer calories than other drinks its just what you mix them with then that you have to watch.

Larger ????? Think you mean lager !!! Beer & Lager has a high cal count and because of the gas it blows you up anyway. Most spirits (especially clear ones) and dry wine (with soda to boost it up) have lower cals

Spirits contain significantly less calories than lager..Drink them with a diet mixer :)

A pint of lager is about 200 cals,
A glass of wine is (small) 50 cals, (large) 100 cals
Vodka and diet coke is 50 cals

worst choices are alcopops, snapps and liquers. if you drink shorts mix them with a diet mixer to save cals

vodka, it was only 1 point wif weight watchers where a lager was about 6!

cognac. red wine actually helps u to digest food, so if u drink a glass of red wine with food it helps u not to gain weight
