i need to know what and when is your breakfast, snacks , launch and dinner , do u workout or not, what sort of workouts do you do

any secrets that helped you to lose weight ( please share them with me )

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Ok, I've lost 2 stone over the past 6 months and it's not down to any faddy diet or plan.
For breakfast I have a piece of wholemeal toast or a weetabix with semi skimmed milk, then I walk the 2 miles to work.
At work I eat fruit, homemade tomato soup and salad.
I then walk the 2miles back home.
I also go to the gym every other day, and spend 20mins on the treadmill just walking quickly, 20mins on the cross trainer and another 20mins on exercises.
I fall off the wagon regularly over the weekend and just eat junk and drink lots of alcohol but it doesn't make much difference to me!
My weightloss has slowed now I've reached a good weight of 9 and a half stone for my height of 5ft 6. I think the reason I've lost the weight quite easily is that I don't deny myself anything, if I fancy fish and chips - I'll have fish and chips. If you tell yourself u can't have something you're only going to want it more!

I have used the same diet for 30 years and it works. The only diet that works for me, when I need to shed pounds, is "The Hilton Head Metabolism Diet." The book is in print and your local bookstore should have it on the shelf.
