Well, it depends on what kind of a mood I'm in and what my daughter wants, but it's usually out of the following list.
- Cheerios without milk
- French toast with a slight garlic flavouring, dipped in barbeque sauce and occasionally sprinkled with powdered sugar or fried up with parmesan cheese.
- Egg and bacon on a muffin
- Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages
- Vegemite on toast
- Black Tea
- Cocoa Pops or Crunchy Nut cereal
- Leftover Pizza
- Leftover fried rice
- Pan-fried Chorizos with extra garlic, onion and cheese, sometimes served with rice or pasta.
- Jasmine rice, cheese, ham, tomato sauce, wholegrain mustard and salami wrapped up in a tortilla and lightly toasted.
And if I get up late, I sometimes will just have a ham and salad sandwich. Damn...that's a good idea. Too bad we don't have half the ingredients for that.
-Sigh.-
Then again, it's 7:pm...not really breakfast or lunch. I'd better go feed the ravenous beast I have for a kiddy. And me. Both of us.
That'd be nice.

I always eat breakfast in the morning and I vary it day by day to avoid a monotonous breakfast and gain other nutrients as well.
Usually, I start with a cup of green tea. Then have my shower, etc. Then, I have a cup of hot milk, low fat natural yogurt with some fruits (strawberry or apple, sliced), and 2 wholemeal toasts. Sometimes I replace the toast with muesli mix and mix in the yogurt. In other days oatmeal. Sometimes, I start with an apple as it really makes my day together with the same breakfast mentioned above.
That is, for me, an ideal breakfast. It will make me full throughout the morning without energy slumps.
Before my habit is just a cup of tea and a cup of oatmeal or 2 slices of white toast. I now know that it is not good and it is better to have a protein-rich breakfast and in any other meal.
I always refer to the Food Bible or Food Doctor for their suggestions and started to make my own good combination.

I eat breakfast when I get to work as I cannot face it just as I get up, I'd rather get ready for work and get here half an hour early so that I can sit and eat my breakfast in peace without dashing about. I usually have some fruit juice, right now I love raspberry and orange or mango and orange, and I have a sandwich, either toasted ham and cheese or chicken and bacon with mayo. It keeps me full up til lunchtime which I take at 2pm, and it stops me "nibbling" on biscuits or junk in the morning.

I have to be up for about an hour before I can eat, I used to have toast and lurpack but the dogs ended up with more than me. So now I have become very fond of Special K with sliced strawberries on the top and a splash of semi skimmed milk.
