CHANGE YOUR SLEEP PATTERN!!! Wake up earlier and go to bed earlier!!! Start forcing yourself to wake up earlier and you will tire-out earlier.

Other tips:
Exercise!!!
Watch your diet
Drink lots of water throughout the day
Stay away from caffeine

Trust me, it can be done. You must force yourself into it, DO NOT BE LAZY.

Here is some information on Insomnia -- http://www.jigsawhealth.com/articles/insomnia.html -- not saying you have it, however; the link has ALL SORTS of information that gives information on sleeping and ways to get more of it!!!

Best of luck.

All plants and animals have an endogenous circadian clock that regulates their body functions to a near 24 hour cycle. You may have a disorder of this clock or may just need to reset it. For more information on this type the following subjects into Yahoo! search and a number of links comes up for each:

"Circadian rhythms"

"Circadian rhythm sleep disorders"

In both of these, wikipedia, the on-line encyclopedia, has a good short summary.

I hope this helps you get your sleep under control. good luck, good health, peace and love!
