i work in restraurant and was closing up im a bus boy im 19 and my boss whos a woman was in the office, i have to go to the office to clock out and exit the building, i went and clocked out and saw her and her husband sitting there, then had to go back cause i forgot to do something so i went back to put away some bread, and walked down to the office to leave and there is my boss half naked having sex with her husband, i quickly walked out, the next day, my boss whos like 35 corners me the next night like 2 or 3 wait staff still there but she corners me in the office and says did you like what you saw, i said what denying the nigh before and she unbutton her shirt and showed me her top off, and stuff her hand down below my waist with my pants on and cupped my dick, and said lets go for it, i left hurry and now when i see her she gives me odd gestures, what do i do

wow, ur boss has problems. I think its very inapropriate, and you should tell her to stop. If she continues, then its definitely sexual harrassment. Try to stay away from her. or when youre around her, make sure there are other people there just in case she does something stupid, at least they'll believe you. I would say to report her, but its your word against hers. If thats a chance your willing to take, then report her. But if your worried about losing your job, just stay away from her and try to catch her in the act. If she does it again, REPORT her!!! she must be desperate! and who the hell would have sex in front of people?? and at work?? But definitely let her know that you're on to her!!!! good luck!!!!

whoa! i respect you alot, that is a hard call to leave a woman that wants ti so bad. but you did the right thing. doing it with the boss is not good, it would be even weirder right now if you did do it with her so dont worry. ignore the gestures if u can, try to not close alone with her again.

You need to report her for sexual harasment. Go to her boss to do this and if that doesn't work go to the next higher person and so on, until you get some action

this is a sexual harassment. i think u can look for a new job. or if u simply enjoy and excited wht she did to u, that would be a different story. bear in mind that she is your boss and she is already married.
