After how much time does hair start growing back after waxing??

I wax my hands but I feel that the hair grows back too soon...I mean within a couple of days I can see it emerging..

I think there are some below the surface. I notice the same thing happening after I wax my legs. Try exfoliating (scrubbing off the dead skin) first. Then wax. Then repeat after a week if necessary. See if that makes a difference.
