I was wondering if someone could design a pcb board to be designed for the schematic found at this page http://www.headwize.com/projects/noise_prj.htm

If you just want to build one piece then it is not worth to actually make a "proper" printed circuit board. In fact, if you look at the mechanical drawing you will see that this is not a printed circuit board either.
What you can use is a so-called perforated circuit board, like these http://www.oselectronics.com/ose_p48.htm
and use so-called wire wrap wires to solder the connections between the pads.
If you want to manufacture hundreds more of these boards, then you need to make a proper layout. But hardly anyone will do that free of charge for you. And then you need a place that will etch and drill the boards for you .... more money...
Or you can start with a free layout software like http://www.freepcb.com/
and learn how to transfer the image on a photo-resistant blank PCB, and then etch it away with FeCl (ferrochloride).

I had a lot of fun with eaglecad a few years ago.
I have not downloaded a recent version but the one I used let me enter a schematic and layout a board easily.
It does have to be learned though.
Eaglecad has a very intuitive user interface (for a CAD package that is).
I printed the board layout on acetate with a laser printer.
I then transferred the toner to a bare copper-clad board and etched it. Toner is an acid resist.
Steel wool and abrasive cleanser remove the toner.
There is a commercial product that works better than acetate, but I forget the name of it; sorry.
The article I read; that got me started recommended using an iron to transfer the toner but I found my mom's pancake griddle, covered in cooking oil, with a layer of aluminium foil gave a more even heat transfer.
I wish some bight printer manufacturer would come out with a printer that could print on bare copper clad board and maybe drill the holes. I would buy one, and I think that so would every electronic hobbyist in the world.

well i can but lot of work! bec it is 2 channel only one is showed u can do self if u use a pcbdesign software from designsoft(tina 7.0. demo) and also u need some chemical for make the pcb board and a uva lamp 300w and a small drill lot of work is it but maybe worth if u do self how to make pcb board u can find on net good luck

go to radio shack and buy a test board then build your circut and copy from that one its way faster dude
