Blackmail her take her diary or something personal that she would never be able to show her face ever again over, and if she still refuse than destroy her name, you can replace an Ipod but not your name.

The hell with that nice crap! Call the cell company and turn the phone off first! Then chew about 10 pieces of sticky gum, chew it very well and toss it in her hair! As you watch her try and get it out ask her if it was all worth the sticky mess she's gotten herself into! :D

I would ask her one time to give it back.
If she says know, then grab her by the hair, toss her, whip her @$$ (if necessary), and get it out of her pocket.
I-pods and cell phones are too expensive for that BS.
But get your stuff back, one way or the other.

First tell her stealing is for homeless people and continuously mock her cleverly.
Afterwards, if you know where she sits in her classes (if she is in at least one of your classes), do stuff do her seat. I suggest a pin, needle-side up.
Okay...I was just kidding about that part, but start something. Maybe have a friend invite her to something and throw stuff at her (like water balloons or water bottles).

walk up behind her with big scissors and grab a huge chunk of her hair. Tell her if she doesn't give them back then you will cut her hair off. If she doesn't get them back, then actually cut her hair off!! =)
