What should I say to a girl I knew in H.S. that just contacted me through myspace?

I knew this girl back in high school, and we were kinda flirty with each other, but I never had the courage to ask her out back then.
Yesterday, I just got a friend request from her, and I need some advice on what to say to try to start something with her romantically

yeah, she's single, but she's got a kid now too. But, i can deal with that cuz she's still real hot!
