I'm sorry to tell you, no, there is nothing you can do with things you have at home. Unless, of course, one of those things is a box of bleach.

A few things you need to know: the color of a hair coloring on the box is that color applied to WHITE hair. So, if your hair is darker than white (and I mean true white, not something close to that) the results you get will be darker. A dark brown hair tint will produce black from most hair colors. I'm afraid you have learned a hard lesson.

If you feel you must get to the color you wanted, go to a professional hairdresser who specializes in hair coloring. They will know how to strip out the black, and tint your hair back to the color you really wanted.
The things you tried will damage your hair, so discontinue using those. If you cannot afford to have your hair done professionally, then keep your hair in good condition while you are growing it out and saving up your money until you can have it done by a hairdresser.
Another thing you might consider is having a hairdressing school do it for you. It will be less expensive, and the students will be supervised by a trained professional. Good luck.

Go to a salon before you screw it up even more. Did you really use dish soap? Give your hair a rest for the night and wait until the morning. Seriously go to a salon because they will know how to treat it.

I'm afraid the best thing to do is see a professional. I had this happen to me once. When I went to the salon to see what they could do, they had to bleach the color out of my hair, then recolor it. I would not recommend that you bleach your hair at home. Who knows what would happen. Start deep conditioning it now and go to a trusted salon in your area.
