Sucking on the skin anywhere for 1 minute will cause the blood to leak out of the capillaries near the skin surface thus causing the red and purple marks that take sometime weeks to go away and while in place they look terrible. Not cool. You don't want to have one where people will see it, so if you place one, put it in a private area where even a skimpy bikini will cover it. It will be more fun to put it there anyway.

you just suck on the part of their skin wherever you chose to put it kinda like your drinking out of a straw you can also use a little biting not hard biting but nibbling along with the sucking leaves a better mark.
