Die. It is said when you die your body lose all muscle control and you have a final bowel movement. So, Die and crap out the 10.
OR, you could get realistic and go here;

On left click "My Pyramid Plan" find your calories, go back and drop the weight until you get the next calorie drop. Read what it say to eat! You may not lose 10 in 30 but when you do lose you look better, feel better and not regain as many do with other diet plans.
Just be real and not expect to do something that is unrealistic.

Next exercise, needs to be hard enough to make you sweat and you have to do it at least an hour.
Next, reduce your intake, since I was such a sugar junky I had to go low carb...it worked, after 3 days I had no cravings.
Finally drink a lot of water. Not only is it good for you, keeps you full so that you don't feel hungry, it helps eliminate the toxins in your body from the diet and exercise. Think of a toliet, you can't flush it if you don't have water.

Either look for a specific weight-loss diet you can follow, or just eat really healthily. I lost around 14 pounds in a month but daily runs, sit-ups, and having Special K for breakfast, with normal dinner and normal lunch- but probably smaller portions. I also cut out meat and bread. Don't have snacks or dessert either Good luck

generally everyone would say go on dieting which is not so easy. imean that donot eating even if you r so hungry is truly impossible fr me . i would advise u 2 not to eat too much at a single time . you need to break you diet in four parts so that you will eat same quantity of food in four times a day........
moreover you mat go for a morning walk or something but u need to be regular in that or else it may have an adverse effect also.

Certain things work for certain people,its all about metabolism and your genes. But it definitely won't hurt to cut back on eating Mcdonalds, not eating past 6PM (If you have a normal sleeping schedule),exercising for 30min-1HR,and drinking lots of water.
(Diet pills are a gimmick and any other type of advertisement for weight lose on TV)
Don't sit on the computer all day,be active ! :)
