Twist offs are easy; the non twist off Heinekens are just a little harder, eh?

Well, Heineken is not my beer of choice but I have tried it. My first impression was,"man this is a cool looking beer!" Then I tried to open the bottle and it was kinda difficult. I had to use a bottle opener. It sucked but yeah it's possible only if you're the stongest man in the world. LOL. If you're just an average Joe, then no. Don't hurt yourself.

Sure you can, as long as you are holding a opener in the same hand you use!
