You can use a strong skin astringent like 10-0-6 or seabreeze, but if that doesn't work they sell a special solution at most beauty supply stores. BUT it should also come out naturally after a healthy scrub in the shower.

From now on though, keep a wet rag handy when you are coloring your hair and wipe off any color as soon as you get some on your skin to prevent staining and you can also rub vaseline along your hairline to prevent staining.

You can go to the drugstore or a beauty supply and buy haircolor remover. It should be on the same aisle as the hair coloring. I use Loreal Hair Color Stain Remover. It is a white bottle with pinkish label about 10 ounces .

Use a natural cotton ball and LOTS of rubbing alcohol. You may have to scrub your skin a bit with the cotton, but this usually works pretty well for me. Any small traces that may remain will usually be gone in 24 hours with a hot shower.
