On the rear doors (when ajar) the side molding comes off

You know I saw only one 2005 altima with that problem. Just have the entire trim strip removed clean off the glue and replace the strip it is color coded to match and will be covered by warranty if the first occurrence if trim failure was before 36,000 miles or if you have extended warranty gold plan. Cleaning all the sticky stuff off is what takes the time to get a good stick down with a new piece of trim the under surface has to be perfectly clean.

Super glue will not hold the molding on. It will only stay for a short time. The best thing is 3M's Plastic Emblem and Trim Adhesive. Follow the directions exactly especially the preparation (cleaning) There are other products out there that are cheaper but they don't work as well.

that's your fault, you bought a Nissan. They are lemons. Your money would've been better spent on a Honda or a used Acura
