I met this girl and I thought that she was pretty cool to talk to . I like everything about her , she has the cutest laugh and the most beautiful voice I've ever heard . I want to move our relationship higher but I don't want to risk my friendship with her . I love her alot , what should I do?

Tell her how you feel about her. If she doesn't accept the fact that you feel that you want to be more than friends, than she's not a true friend. She would understand your feelings and won't feel uncomfortable about it. Tell her, you never know she could feel the same way. ;]
