I recently read that nicotine is good for the mental health of people with psychiatric problems. How true is that? Is it bad? Somehow good?
Does anyone have any actual evidence or studies to prove one or the other?

Abuse in using it turned the substance out as being harmful. Anything not used properly can br harmful definitely.
