Personal behavior reflects the true nature of a business, empty promises and fake remorse must be the bread and butter of HIlton.

yes, I agree. I'm happy to boycott the Hihltons.

I'll also advocate the fact that Paris is a spoiled brat.

no, the porno queen that really is very unattractive and brings shame upon HERSELF--at least, that's my view of her--has nothing whatsoever to do with the BUSINESS of running hotels. do you think that airhead ever would be able to even look at daily bookkeeping? how about managing the maids and bellhops? or the desk staff?

hilton hotels are superior and well known for caring very well for their guests, and with class and distinction.

why boycott a whole hotel chain when what you are looking at is one (or two) people connected to the family that simply happens to own a successful hotel chain?

btw: i wonder if you have any idea how many hotels hilton owns??? if you were in a foreign land and there were a revolt, you'd run to the closest hilton you could find and kiss the carpet for the fact that you could stay there.

btw: i wish people would simply quit this shallow celebrity watch and pay attention to how to run their own lives, how to treat others correctly and politely, so that maybe we'd have the chance to not have wars.

Leave it alone. This kind of stuff happens all the time, the Hilton family's business is theirs, and they really don't need your opinion on their morals.

I'm sure this was done on purpose, but I recently heard about a young man, he was an honor student and star athlete in his school, who is in prison for 10 years without the possibility for parole, because he recieved consensual oral sex from a 15 year old when he was 17. Now that is wrong. Paris Hilton is a hedonistic little girl and represents the epitome of what so many Americans hate (and are probably jealous of). But she's not even worth the attention.

Paris Hilton does not own the Hilton Hotels. Her grandfather started the chain years ago and while the family owns most of the stock, she doesn't run the business. If you want to get even with her, don't patronize her sayings, magazines, shows or ideas.

If you think that going to another hotel will "break" her, you are too late. She doesn't set the precedence for the chain, nor does she do anything to help them succeed in business.

If you are talking about Paris Hilton's family owning Hilton hotels. You have to understand the 2 are completely different. Yes, the Hilton family owns the hotels, but truthfully they are run by CEOs, president, vice president and other corporate higher ups.

The 2 are really not the same.

I really don't know why you would be so upset with the owners of Hilton Hotels when their child acts like...a child.
Morally bankrupt? Hardly, it is obvious that you are upset with the law.
All we really have to do is look in our own backyards to find morally bankrupted citizens who lack initiative, who believe the public owes them housing, food banks and free money.
You or I wouldn't dare stand in front a TV camera and entertain people with speech or song but we are quick to criticize someone because they are unable to keep up with their own status.

because people are too scared to mess about with the 'big money', people with heaps of contacts and heaps of cash. In that country there's ways to silence those that are willing to refute them. Its a hard life, and without any morals it doesnt make the situation any better. Trust me, there are so many other people that want it to end too, it sends out all the wrong messeges in the public. I hate their whole chain and everything about the Hilton people, they look like a collection of stuck up prisses.

Because in this country our morals are ****. Nobody cares that the Hiltons are spoiled brats, they just like the hotel chain.

We're all so damned selfish and immoral.

I haven't really been following the Paris-in-and-out-jail story (really I haven't!) but I think the relationship when her and the namesake hotel chain is tenuous enough that it is not worth boycotting them. (Although it would be amusing if this did happen and it did hurt their business.) From what I understand, business travelers love their HHonors points program.
