No you have every right to be mad/ disappointed.
Have you asked him how many times he has to be incarcerated to learn the laws?
As far as your grandma's as long as she has no problem with what you are doing or how you are doing it, your father is clearly just grasping at anything to make you feel as bad as himself.
I really don't understand people like your father. i know some people who have been locked up . 100% of them say they are never going back and would rather die. Only about 10% are actually keeping their noses clean and obeying every letter of the law.
The rest are just like your father consantly ***** up! They really don't care about them selves or their family. They are still drinking, partying, and slangin. I just don't get it!
Good luck and don;t let your father drag you down!

My dad does the same thing or he makes my little bro drive him which makes me furious too. No your not wrong, let him be mad and yell. whatever, don't let it bother you . The only reason he turned to you and started telling you what you needed to do was b/c he wanted to take the focus off himself. He needs to grow up and realize he could kill himself or someone else, even worse a child in another can. Just let it go alcoholics always think they are right and always have a way to justify it they think. Hope it helps to at least you know aren't the only one going through similar things. And good luck getting back on your feet with a job.

You were right to tell your father not to drive drunk, whether he drove up on a motorcycle or in a caddy. Drunk is drunk. Don't even think twice about it - you were right. About all the other stuff - he was drunk. He may think all those things anyway but he had to spew them out at you because he was drunks and drunks think they can get away with being mean.

yes, you do have a right to be wrong. your just having arguement with him because you care about him and you want the best for him. And sometime when you care about someone, it's ok to be mad at them. But sometime you can try taking him to rehab mabe and try helping him. And if he wont go tell him the reason why.

I think you have right to be mad.. If this is continuing you just waste your life. to be a cheerful person you should leave people like that.......
about your boss you just report him to police station I think. It's just break a human right.

I'd be telling him right back and be telling him I see prison didn't make him into a better person and I bet he'll be going back.

you need to be mad, and have every right to be...
he's wrong and he knows that in that alcohol soaked brain...
if you think he will continue to drink and drive, tell the police and they will watch him... he needs to hit rock hard bottom before he stops
