Atheist typically do not believe any of the bible. None of the prophecies of the bible have come true, only the ones that are only documented by the bible.
The problem with the bible as a source of information is that is not really supported from any other source and so is not considered reliable.

The bible is such a wonderful collection of fairy tales. Like the Brothers Grimm. If I write a book and bury it then ten thousand years from now people may be following it like the bible.

What about the prophecies of Nostradomus? What about the prophecies of Joseph Smith? Some people had some really good hallucinations, or were really perceptive.

good quesiton. 1/3 of the Bible is prophecy. Awesome prophesies have been fulfilled. If I had to argue the Bible's validity in just one way it would be fulfilled prophecy.

Because we don't accept the Bible, maybe? Even if you could prove hundreds of things from the Bible, the Bible's entirety would not be proven, nor would the existence of God.

I'm agnostic, though, so I expect proof that God does not exist from those who deny it.

Yes, and the Roman foundation myth predicts that (HOLY CRAP) Rome would control all the known world (and it did)!

That's far more impressive -- not just a state, but a massive empire. Predicted! Right in Roman mythology!

I have theorized that all atheists are evolutionists.... intriguing word construction!

Atheists do not believe in God, therefore, why should they believe any part of God's Word... they don't and that is why they ignore that.
