Take it to a shop that has a road force variation tire balancer. This machine has an arm that comes up and contacts the tire with a significant force and can tell if your tire is out of round. If there is a variation in the tire it will ask the tech to measure your rim runout (to see if your rim is straight) which the tech will put an arm on either side of the rim then it will spin the wheel slowly. It will give the tech a reading if your tire is out of round or your rim is bent. Just because it balances out doesn't mean it won't shake. Most tire specific shops should have this machine. Just call and ask them. I bought a brand new set of tires and one of them was out of round so you never know.

Listen to eightup. Tire balance is only as good as the equipment used. Tire runout/variation can only be checked by the right equipment.

It could be the tires. I had the same trouble with a Sable. See if it is the tires, you don't want to wear out the front end if you don't have to. good luck
