Nothing at the moment but I am sure there is something I can't live without that isn't good for me. I just quit coffee. I love coffee but I drink too much of it. Now, I feel more awake and I am not "anxious" as much. Pretty cool not to have a vice :-)

That bread you get at Sizzler, Diet Coke, Y!A, House (the tv show), cooking (yes I have a cooking addiction, I will bake for the opening of a door if so hinted at).

The internet because I enjoy talking to people from different parts of the world and making friends with people I wouldn't other wise met.
And music. I couldn't live in a world without music. Out of all my senses I fear loosing, it'd be my sense of hearing because then I couldn't hear music anymore.
All my other so-called addictions aren't really addictions because I could take them or leave them.

chocolate first and foremost, can't live without it, well almost...
decent pho (Vietnamese noodle soup), but i've never managed to have a really good one since leaving the country.
guinness, not just on paddy's day either
kissing my girl's stomach (but she gets all funny about it when i try to do so on the train to work)
travel (anywhere and any time, coz it's the best educator, equaliser, eye opener, interest creating activity there is)
