to "fry" means to cook in oil.
but you can very successfully cook an egg in a pan with just a touch of water or low fat chicken broth, just make sure you use a teflon pan.

Yes, you can fry an egg without oil. Use a non-stick frying pan, and non-stick cooking spray(like Pam).

You don't need oil to fry an egg, it will fry without anything. Just keep the heat low. Also, have you tried poaching eggs?

I make omelettes with 4 egg whites plus one whole egg so I get thirty grams of protein but not too much fat and cholesterol, you only need a super brief spray of pam, which doesn't add much fat. You could get an egg poacher and poach the eggs if you wanted (again you'd need a little PAM)

Yes of course it is possible. Get a high-quality non-stick frying pan, and you won't need oil. Or use a fat-free cooking spray.

Yes, you can fry an egg with any of the buttery sprays. Usually they are about 1 calorie a spray. Try it. It's good. Be sure you check the label.
