BTW Captain Jack off the record, you are truly a waste of toilet paper. Why don't you take them for walkies and clean their litter box. Also try bending them back the other way, I know it hurts but its a good kind of hurt

LOL Take glucosamine w/chondroiton... the better the quality, the better the results ( I think pharmanex is good )....
