Dialysis Question?

Hey
I always wondered, when a person has to have dialysis, can tehy tell when teh need to go to the washroom?
I mean, regualr people can tell right away.
But can they?

yes, dialysis means their kidneys aren't working, there isn't a thing wrong with their bladders.
