I know I do for sure. When I first met my girlfriend, I didn't immediately think of asking her out. Don't get me wrong, she's really pretty and very sweet, but romance started slow. We became friends at first and after I saw how much she and I had in common, we started dating and it's been 3 glorious years and counting. I noticed that I truly loved her because I stuck with her through the bad and the good and I learned to love her bad traits and work together with her on them. I loved her even more after the bad times we had. I think that's real love, sex is just the icing on the cake.

Yes i love my girlfriend very much, she means a lot to me, I've been with her for 1 year and 2 months, and we still haven't had sex, I'm with her because i love her, i don't want only sex, if i did then i wouldn't be with her and probably be with some hood rat.
Theres a lot of guys that love girls for who they are
i got a couple of friends that have been with their girlfriends and not for the sex but for the love in the relationship. Probably you just choose the JERKS and have bad luck

Well, I always wonder the same thing but then I hear alot of stories from guys who love their girlfriends. I'm happy for them. What I realised too is that people are polite in the begining and then their true side is released when the person gets accustomed. So, once people love themselves, they can truly love others!

It seems many women nowadays complain that men only want them for the sex... but they don't act like someone you'd want or trust for anything more...

The media propaganda tells women to act like prostitutes... be materialistic... bossy... play head games... They act like that and wonder why they're treated like that. Men in the media are presented as fools who are pushed around by women or are completely untrustworthy animals... and many act that way... The "powers that be" don't want strong families and communities.

"If the "love" was only about sex, you wouldnt be seeing people getting married every weekend, and hardly anyone would stay married."

What planet are you on??? Hardly anyone does stay married!!!... because we've been trained as a society to be selfish, weak, backstabbing, lying, filthy scum. Many people have no idea what the word love really means.

I think there are plenty of guys out there that love the girl for who she is. If it is just about sex, it isnt about love, it is about lust. If the "love" was only about sex, you wouldnt be seeing people getting married every weekend, and hardly anyone would stay married.

Misandry is just as bad as misogyny. They are both self-condemning. Something to think about. A man who hates women implies his mother was not a good woman. Funny, but the ones I have met usually hold their mothers as saints. It also suggests the the men who like women aren't thinking straight. Similarly implying men are all scum is disrespectful to all the women who like men.

There are a lot of them out there. It sounds like you need to reevaluate where or how you are looking for guys.
