My bf calls me beautiful all the time..and all i say is Thank you.
I don't know what else to say.

The obvious answer is "thank you" and smile.. You could add: "You make me feel beautiful." or " I feel beautiful when you look at me like that." or something like that.

When he says "you are beautiful" You could answer "yes, I know" or "I'll bet you say that to all the girls"
Seriously, after you say "thank you" face him, gently take his hands in yours, look into his eyes and say something like:
"this is why love you so much; you're so considerate"
"I'm so lucky to have a nice guy like you as a boyfriend"
"it really makes my day having such a special guy that really appreciates me"
"You always make me feel so special; you're such a nice guy"
Note: practice your lines so it sounds sincere. Also just use one of them at a time; don't over do it! I hope this helps out.

When my boyfriend calls me beautiful, I usually just thank him, give him a smile and kiss him.
I always think that my boyfriend is handsome, but I don't like to follow up his compliment with a compliment for him, because it I think it comes across as just trying to be polite and not sincere.

I think thank you is the right response. Guys don't like girls that don't feel confident enough in themselves and say, Oh I am not beautiful stop saying that.

Say "You're beautiful too. I think we should enter a beauty pageant together." Or something humorous like that. There's really much you can say on that. You either can make a joke about it or just say thank you. Or say nothing at all...

Tell him he's gorgeous or handsome or hot or something. Return the compliment. Now if it was anyone else then, yes, just say thank you, but you can compliment your boyfriend.

To simply say, "Thank you" is a message of confidence, and works well.
If your bf is saying this all the time, it may be his way of saying he wants to sleep with you.... just a thought...

Im more of a sarcastic funny person so myself.... when this happens I say yeah I thought so too im glad someone agrees....it breaks the odd tension and makes him laugh too.
