could have sent more than one messenger? And that each messenger was sent to give a special message, for that specific group of people. If Religious leaders could agree on this, do you think there would be less war in the world? I believe God had many messengers, each with a specific task to accomplish.

Meg from what you are saying a new world religion will have to take place to fullfill the the Christian Prophecy of the Antichrist. So you do believe that all the religious groups will come together and have a common agreement. Then why are the Christians refusing to believe in the possibility of other messengers of God. Wouldn't accepting other religious believes to make a world religion expedite the prophecy of the Antichrist and Gods return.

4 Star, a minor correction, but an important one for you. Mormons (notice the correct spelling) are Christian in every sense of the word, hence the name of the church being the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Furthermore, wars and rumors of wars will be with us until the Second Coming of Christ. That is when the Lord will establish His theocratic government for the world to live and follow.

oh, but He did! He sent Moses, Jeremiah, I Isaiah..... all up until John the Revelator as Biblical messengers. prophets still continue today, but their message is the same, but for the region they are brought to.
