Find a counselor. Try your local YWCA or Boys and Girls Club and talk to someone. Or try a school counselor or school nurse. Be willing to talk about your problems and how you perceive things. By being honest, it gives them a better chance at helping you.
They might even ask if it's okay with you for them to talk to your parents. That can take the burden off of you.
So, while you don't want to talk to your parents or anyone about it, I'm thinking that would be an option to try in that your parents love you and may not know you are hurting so much.
Believe it or not parents don't really know everything, but they know for sure they love you.
Who knows, maybe you'll find out you just need to add vitamins to your daily diet.

i think you should talk to your parents. i know you said you didnt want to but you should try. even a counselor maybe ,we all go through periods of being down. sometimes it takes help to get back to feeling better.you might try getting a little more sunlight as it helps something called saratonin levels in the brain. which make you feel happier .dont stay out till you burn or anything just try 15 or 20 min. 2 or three times a day. i know you said you were lazy but try some type of exercise as it increases something called endorphins which will make you feel more energetic and happier. try some type you think you can try and tolerate ,maybe dancing to some music or walking outside. get sun and exercise at once. i know its hard to start but make a promise to yourself when you start exercising and you want to stop say ill just do 15 min. and if i dont feel any better ill stop today. alot of times if you get to that 15 min. youll find out you feel better and keep going. if this doesnt help after a couple weeks promise me you will talk to someone about it even if its your family dr. lifes too short to feel miserable and not try to improve it. hang in there o.k. hope this helps .

It sounds like the beginnings of Depression. Please talk to your parents before things get too out of hand. Make sure you eat healtily, get 30 minutes of exercise a day, and 8 full hours of sleep. Try to stay away of things that may trigger you to dwell or get angry. Express your feelings in a journal so you don't get too much emotion built up. Good Luck. Stay Safe.

I know you don't wanna talk to anyone about it but you sound just like me. I got myself into counseling (had to go through my parents though) And that really helped a lot. Also, I got on some medication. That works really great too. By doing those things, you can really help yourself out, but it's up to you.

I suggest exercise. Do stretches after a short jog, then do whatever; like basketball, track, etc, for about half an hour afterwards. But don't chicken out when you get tired or crampy, eventually, when you get used to it, it won't hurt.
Exercise is known for relieving stress, boost energy and gives you something to do.

At one time I was depressed too and I felt the exact same way you do. The number one thing to do is to talk to your parents. Then what helped me was writing poetry and listening to a band called evanescence. I hope this helps!

you'r gonna be okay but your relationship towards your parents is not okay. you must talk to them a little by little a day because it is the only way to make each other's relationship get stronger.
>you must not get too much tired especially if you don't have some time to enjoy your life.
>take a little enjoyment a day, for better feeling and your gonna be okay.

See your doctor. This could be a number of things from a virus, depression, mono, hormones or other things.
