Yes, we will never win if Iran is allowed to supply men and weapons to the jihadis in Iraq. This is the real reason why we are not winning. You cannot win a war when there is an unrecognized participant.

That only more solidly confirms what we already knew to be true. Unfortunately, Iran is doing to us, that which we did to the Soviet Union during their war in Afghanistan. Fortunately, they don't have state-of-the-art weapons systems with which to arm the insurgents or things would be far worse.
