Hey mate!
Speaking from experience it sounds like you're feeling down and out. I've been there and you think 'wow, theres just nothing good anymore' and you sigh and sit there and mope. I know.
Life is ongoing.
Ever changing.
If you just ride it out, wait a month or two (maybe a year!), you usually have a turnaround and think back and say, 'Oh, I can't believe I was in this much of a rut before.
If you hang on and concentrate on all that is fun and exciting in life, or look forward to a plan or event coming up, it can cure the dull boring feelings and help you concentrate on the things that are positive.
Remember, and this may sound silly, there are people dying in the world and starving and going through all types of crap, so don't stress!! You are not one of them. Stuff the girlfriend, another will come along, and get into a hobby and do something for yourself, a new haircut, new clothes, new cd, all this can help you feel out of the blues.
Hope this helps!
:)

When you're bored, go out and do an activity - anything at all, it doesn't matter what. If possible, do a new activity that you have always wanted to. Maybe you can treat yourself to something fabulous - go stay somewhere terrific, or go hanggliding, parachuting or gokarting. If you are reasonable company, maybe organise a weekend away with your mates. Expect to be bored and expect to be sad if you want to, but at least you'll have something new to think about. If you're having trouble sleeping and eating maybe you want to sort this out with your doctor.
It's OK to feel real lousy that nothing matters but if you keep on moving, look after your health and do some interesting activities the sad feelings will shift. If they don't, see a doctor for help. It's better to complain as that way you can find a solution to move on from how things are now.

Sounds like all work and no play. Get out my friend! Take a walk, go for a bike ride, enjoy the fresh air. Take a friend along and talk, go out to dinner, watch an action movie, climb a mountain. Just take time out for yourself, even if it's as simple as a bubble bath!

SO I read this the other day. The secret to a happy life is to do something that fulfils a creative need and exposes yourself to nature and the environment.
I've started meditating in my garden naked. Today I opened up my bottom shankra.
and you know what
I'm not bored any more and neither are my neighbours

you really are your own worst enemy, whining when things don't go your way doesn't accomplish anything, except maybe to make you feel worse. Why don't you put some of that energy into more positive activities, instead of wasting it on feeling sorry for yourself.
