Now we wonder.
Has anyone drunk
Has anyone drank
We going to be watching you girl! LOL!
My friends and me make this in summer when it can sit outside out of the house and ferment.
Yes, it good stuff, and the longer it ferment the more drinker you drunk. :-D

I will comment on the first answer, when a wine ferment it is sweet at first, the longer you wait for it to age the drier it be. We usually do three, at the first, batches. First we want to see how it doing, it sweet and not high in alcohol, usually 3-4 weeks. Second batch we want to see how the alcohol doing, 4-6 weeks. Then we ready for the "Good Stuff" 10-12 weeks.
It sorta like Goldie Locks and the three bears. First batch too soft. Second batch to hard. Third batch is "Just Right" for a party. :-D

I had some at this chinese restaurant a few weeks ago. I thought it was really sweet... I prefer dryer wines myself. However, I mixed it with the hot tea they gave me, and it was fantastic!
