So the last 6 months i have barely eaten, barely slept, barely laughed, cried a lot, barely exercised, smoked a lot, barely drank water, barely relaxed......just wondering what medical problems this can cause as it may motivate me to start taking care of myself.....

You could lose weight, become dehydrated, pass out from exhaustion and lack of food/water, get lung cancer, heart disease, severe depression... and a whole lot of crap. You need to get help as soon as possible.

The list would be too long toottle type in. You need to get up now, put the cigarette out and go take a walk. You also should look into seeking some therapy as it seems like you are overly depressed about something. My neighbor was pulling crap like this. He wrote a suicide note fro his great aunt and uncle, slit his wrists, and took nearly a full bottle of depakote. I saw him being carted out on the guerney. He looked dead to the world. The looks on his aunt and uncles face was so painful. He is stable now, but hes on lockdown in the psych ward at the hospital until they can test him and place him in a psych hospital. Im sure you dont want ANY of that to happen to you. Get up and get moving. Im a medical assisting student and I know of all the dangers and problems that can happen to you. It wont be pretty.

Sounds like depression and by what you're saying, not drinking water can damage your kidneys, smoking a lot can cause cancer, and not eating can cause a lot of problems such as anemia.
