Roast with potatoes, carrots, onions and biscuits, sounds really good even now.

Chicken and Dumplings was my favorite as well. I also loved her potato leek soup and lasagna. Yum Yum!

But I am with you she made chicken and dumplings that was great. Brunswick stew was great.
Now I am going to gross you out, but my absolute favorite was fried brains.

Steam Chocolate Pudding with fresh whipped cream on top.
(the pudding was like a cake texture but on the wet side.) Strong chocolate flavor and hot but the cold whipped cream mellowed it out.

CABBAGE ROLLS
mince filling wrapped in cabbage leaf with a mushroom sauce its fricken yum!
my nanna makes jam tarts yum fresh out of oven hot jam!!!!
and all of my nans stews are THE BEST!
