The only chairty event I can think of is the All Star Challenge is a charity race and it's held in Charlotte, NC. It's a non-points race done very differently and only 21 drivers make that race - they are considered the All Star Drivers.
As far as a charity thing that goes like "on tour" I don't know anything about that one. I don't think they do that. They just travel around weekend to weekend to race to make the best of a career they can.
