I think the "powers that be" weighed all the pros and cons before making what they knew would be a controversial decision when they released her. "We" do not have all the information that went into their decision-making.

As stated, the only medical condition she has is that she is psychotic. She has a shrink for that. My question after hearing the news was, if she was released due to a special medical condition that the jail could not accomodate, how is she going to accomodate it at home? If she has to have someone come to her house then why couldnt they just come to the jail? I heard she was having a mental breakdown. Figures, see as orange clashes with her hair.....

I hope the judge put miss size 12 shoe back in jail for the full 45 days.

I actually thought she may spend at least sometime in jail (more than 3 days) I think it's about time people are held responsible for their actions. She's lucky all she got was reckless driving/DWI, she could have killed someone. But she could probably buy her way outta that too.... it's really sad.

She is suppose to go back in front of the same judge who sentenced her tomorrow (Friday). I hope he puts her back in jail. There is no reason why she should be out. the jails have medical facilities.
Nacho Ramos (border patrol agent) was beaten badly and did not receive medical treatment for 3 days. Paris gets a rash or is on the verge of a break down and she gets released??? WTF??!?!?!?!

Well, she was supposed to but, she is telling everyone that she left because of a medical condition but, the truth is actually they kicked her out because, she didn't do anything and they have people like maxed out murders. I know that doesn't answer your question but, it does answer why she is out. Well, good Luck with your answer and I cannot believe it!

did lil kim stay i jail for 45 days?? NO!!!!!! what makes it anybetter what paris did!!! tha law iz unfair and rong!!!! all she had waz 3 dayz!!!!!!!!! 3 DAYZ!!!!!!!!!! she needs to go bak and do there time just lyke anyone else!!!!!!! what makez her different!? and also racism iz the reason for this too.
