Darwin was a bully as a kid and he reasoned out his behavior into "evolution", which in a kind of a contradiction pseudo-intellectual wimps have adopted into a system of beliefs that prove they are defective and should be culled.

You misunderstand the theory. If the right conditions exist, the better suited offspring survive. Theoretically, WE are the smart apes.
Again, without time travel, it won't be fully substantiated as a theory, but it's the best science has at present based on the available evidence. Since science is open to discussion, change, adaptation in the face of scientifically proven facts, it is no threat to God, just to the literal idea of creation presented in the Bible, though I understand that many "Darwinists," people who don't really understand science that well use the theory as a way to club Christians and other religious peoples. Kind of silly.
There are no smart apes around because the right conditions didn't favor it. It favored us.

One has nothing to do with the other. Darwin's theory can still fit without smart apes.

Darwin's theory states that those with favorable attributes will survive. "survival of the fittest."
Apes don't necessarily need to be smart to reproduce. There is no evolutionary pressures that encourage intelligence. And even if there was pressure, it would take them a long time to get smarter - evolution operates on the timescale of a million years.
Chimpanzees/apes are not our ancestors. They are a different species - different genus for that matter - and they, along with all other animals, have simply taken a different path towards a different ecological niche.

90% of all flora and fauna that ever lived is now extinct. Darwin was right to the limit of his knowledge like his contemporaries. In more recent times Richard Dawkins and Stephen Jay Gould have expanded and updated Darwin's work. Darwin was a Christian and went out of his way to never claim God was not involved in evolution. His view was that God started things off and then let nature take it's course. Dawkins and Gould were not under such constraint

Actually apes are very smart. Animals evolve to fit there surroundings, notice most all native humans in and around natural ape habitats are very primitive. There ecosystem still supports there way of life. Therefore they did not evolve as much as others. It is not that are dumb, they just require less intelligence to live. The human race is actually so smart today because we are all lazy!! We strive to find an easier way to live.
Oh and by the way...............God created Earth, gave life to things that were not yet alive and he has been watching his creation take shape since. There is no correct theory, just the truth ! ! ! !

Apes never turned to humans and humans has never turned to anything to fulfill the law of continuity. The Charles Darwin theory has no relevance and can not be respected.

Oh come on. Chimps use spears to hunt, the can be taught sign language. There isn't that much difference in intelligence at all.
And it really wouldn't matter. Darwin only proposed that survivability was important, not intelligence. So it isn't important that things evolve in any particular way. Only that they can live well in their environment.

Define "smart". There are various aspects of intelligence. Some chimps can build weapons for example. Simplistic, no doubt in comparison, but it does require intelligence to build such a device.

There are smart apes around. You're probably on the low end of the spectrum, but humans are both great apes, and arguably, smart.
