I am a christian, one I would not call the pop your holiness. I think and this no dis-respect to others, but I think people are treating him as a God. The pope is not God at all. One of the commandments, You shall not have any other Gods before me. I don't understand this at all. Why people and I respect his position in the Catholic church, but I dis-agree to bow down before him and to call him any other name but the pope. Jesus is the only one and true savior I would do so, not to a man. The only thing I would do to say to him, is give him a smile. I think alot of people in this world treat him better then they do Jesus and that is very sad to me.

He should be addressing the Pope as Brother in Christ or plain brother but not the most Reverend or Most Holy because God is the Most Holy and not even father because according to the bible, we shall call anyone father except God who is in Heaven.

Your Holiness or Your Grace are the proper addresses I believe, though in the case of the current one godless nazi pretender might be more appropriate.

You would start by addressing him as Your Holiness.

I would treat him with respect, he is my elder, I would offer my arm if he needed it to walk. I am sure he is a man of God I just dont believe in all his ways.

I can't imagine that happening, you can e-mail him and ask him. His e-mail address was on Cnn when he got elected.
