Broccoli for a vegetable, steamed with a splash of lemon or some fresh lemon zest grated. The lemon keeps it fresh tasting and compliments the richness of the alfredo sauce.

Something green, like sauteed spinach or grilled asparagus. Not just for color, but the freshness of the vegetables contrasts the richness of the sauce. Also, roasted red peppers are nice, as is steamed broccoli tossed in olive oil. Use your imagination, and HAVE FUN!!!!

mmm, how about some steamed veggies like asparagus, snow pea pods, or broccoli? Or maybe even some wilted spinach.

A little garlic bread never hurt a pasta dish either.

Awww, now I'm hungry...

either fruit salad, or vegetables, cooked ones are tasty. You could just go ahead and bring out the pasta and make a tasty dessert which you set on the table so people will want to get to that fast!

Also, chicken is wonderful with fettuchinni, set it either on top or next to it! yum

Escarole (with plenty of olive oil and garlic!) and some nice, Italian-y bread with olive oil as a dipping sauce.

Yummy!
