Push ups would do nothing for a six pack. You need to sit ups. Push ups would work for your arms, not your abs..

You added an extra 0. It's 400 pushups for a six back, and do 500 sit ups to build your glutes.

nah i'd say like 100 sit ups, if you did 4000 pushups a day you'd be HUGE though.

No, but you have to eat properly and get exercise. Most of fat loss is about nutrition but exercise is also necessary.
