George, I will not put up with disrespect like that. In all the years of my life I had never heard of females circumcision, until I read an article about it on Monday. I just want to know and stop calling me a fraud, people call you a fraud too. So does that make you and me a fraud?

Girls are not circumcised in Islam. It is horrendous and not required. That only occurs in countries in Africa. Jews and Muslims circumcise their infant sons when the sons are born because it is a commandment of God. And the Christains are required to circumcise their male sons at birth as well according to Old Testament in the Holy Bible. There is not relationship between the circumcision of Jewish infant boys and Arab girls. Arab girls and Muslim girls ARE NOT CIRCUMCISED! It's only Arab boys and Muslim boys at birth because it is an commandment from God to Prophet Ibrahim(PBUH*).

I was not aware that there was Arab female circumcision. There is no correlation, however both Arabs(Muslims) and Israelis(Jews) circumcise for the same reason, that being God's commandmant to Abraham. The difference is in Islam it is done at age 13 (Ishmael was 13 when it was done to him) while in Judaism it is done at 8 days (as was Isaac when he received his).
Female circumcision is not truelly circumcision. It's the removal of the more sensitive parts so that the woman cannot derive pleasure from sex. The concept is that a woman who does not enjoy it will not stray and sleep with another man. It is true subjugation and mutilation, whereas male circumcision physically only provides aesthetic changes.

I had never heard of Arab female circumcisions, however from reading the answers, I understand the differences.

There is no correlation at all. They are done for completely different reasons and have different effects on the body.

On a side note, Israel males are not the only men who get circumcised. About half of the American male population of none Jewish faith is too.

No. Male circumcision, widely practiced on male babies of all faiths in many countries, is generally harmless, and, in fact, is now encouraged in Africa because it helps prevent the spread of AIDS. I've heard arguments against it, but those are pretty mild. One can't compare that with the brutal mutilation associated with female circumcision, in which the clitoris is cut off so that females can get no sexual pleasure. One thing has nothing to do with the other.

There is no such thing as female circumcision.

It's a strange name for mutilating of the gentiles of female girls so they cannot experience any pleasure from sex during their lives. It's a sick means of oppression suffered by women in Arab countries and parts of Africa.

Listen to the "justification" for this cruel barbaric practice:

Not really, however there is a strong connection between male and female "circumcision" in any culture. Female circumcision is most likely to occur where male genital mutilation is practiced. If you want to end female circumcision stop mutilating males too.

You are mistaken, Arabic women are not circumcised. Male circumcision is practiced though.
