Genesis 9
11 I establish my covenant with you: Never again will all life be cut off by the waters of a flood; never again will there be a flood to destroy the earth." 12 And God said, "This is the sign of the covenant I am making between me and you and every living creature with you, a covenant for all generations to come: 13 I have set my rainbow in the clouds, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and the earth.

Genesis, the early chapters, where you find Noah's Ark on dry land. The bow appears, and God promises after Noah's sacrifice.

Genesis 9:12-17 gives us the agreement or promise, made by the rain bow.
Or the Rainbow Covenant.
By the way, see it does not include Fire, Hail. or earthquakes. Sea storms, sickness, or WAR!

Genesis 8, I think. The story of Noah begins around chapter 6. It is only a few chapters long. Read it, it is well worth reading.
I stand corrected, chapter 9. Read the entire story anyway.

You find it in Genesis right after the Flood stories.
(I say stories because it's actually two stories zipped together, somewhat incoherently.)
