Krishna say to his devotees
ch 4 text 11
ye yatha mam prapadyante
tams tathaiva bhajamy aham
mama vartmanuvartante
manusyah partha sarvasah
TRANSLATION
All of them--as they surrender unto Me--I reward accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects, O son of Prtha.
BUT FAILS TO SAY THIS TO GOPIS
HE SAYS---
na paraye ’ham niravadya-samyujam
sva-sadhu-krtyam vibudhayusapi vah
ya mabhajan durjara-geha-srnkhalah
samvrscya tad vah pratiyatu sadhuna
“I am not able to repay My debt for your spotless service, even within a lifetime of Brahma. Your connection with Me is beyond reproach. You have worshiped Me, cutting off all domestic ties, which are difficult to break. Therefore please let your own glorious deeds be your compensation.” (Srimad-Bhagavatam, 10.32.22)”]
Sri Krsna told the gopis, “Even within the entire lifetime of Brahma (trillions of years) or the demigods (millions of years), I do not have the ability to repay you. Kindly be pleased by your own sweet behaviour. I am always indebted to you.”
Krishna can't and dosent say this to rukmini
Verse 13 – of bhakti rasa mrita sindhu
explains what prem is
The mature stage of bhava bhakti is called prema. The symptom
of prema is that even when obstacles or impediments are present, there is not even the slightest diminution of affection (bhava). A superior condition of prema is marked by an increase of mamata
and is known as sneha. The word mamata refers to a deep sense of
attachment or possessiveness in relation to Krsna by which one
thinks, “Krishna is mine”
Rukmini says I am krishna's
Only Radhika can Krishna is mine
SHE CAN SAY " get out of here krsna and don't come back "
CAN Rukmuini say this ????? NO because she is his wife
all the reasons not to love Krsna are there
like
radha being married to someone else
AND Krishna leaving them behind going to Mathura
but did her love diminish Not at all
so what do you think??

Haribol!
The sustance of this question lies in Sri Gauranga Mahaprabhu. The internal reasons for His appearance. This can be answered in other ways too.I will answer it in this way as a service to Om Visnupada 108 Sri Srimad Gour Govinda Swami Maharaja who is expert at mining the jewels from the ocean of Srila Prabhupada's purports.
As all surrender unto Me, I reward them accordingly. Everyone follows My path in all respects, O son of Påthä. (BG 4.11)
Radharani, Krishna's own pleasure potency has so much love for Krishna (madanakya/mohanakya mahabhava) and Krishna cannot completely reciprocate with Her because She is the sole propietor of this love. He can reciprocate with all other devotees eg. Rumini devi and even Satyabhama and Candravali who are consider higher in rasa. He cannot reciprocate with Srimati fully. So He takes this love from Srimati as well as the complexion and tastes it as Sri Caitanyadeva.
So I notice many people who have answered this question, emphasising the oneness of Radha and Rukmini. There is difference, otherwise why would scripture give difference. The difference is in rasa not in truth (tattva). This is a high topic and to truly appreciate it, we should be free from all material desires. Still the goal should be known so we do not become impersonalists. As Kaviraja mentions in CC.
Radharani has so much pure love that She can experience mana- where She completely ignores Krishna although internally experincing a unique kind of separation (This can only really occur in parakiya rasa although Satyabhama shows hints). Rukmini cant do this. Her love is too much mixed with opulence and thus personifies swakiya rasa or the perfect wife.
There are many examples in Radharani and Rukmini's relations with Krishna I could cite to show the depth of Radharani's mahabhava.
Still the fact remains this prema is completely spiritual and cannot be understood by our senses. This is the post graduate subject as Srila Prabhupada said. The last verse of the Sri Siksastakam embodies this highest love of Srimati Radharani.
“I do not know anyone but Kåñëa as my Lord, and He will always remain as such, even if He handles me roughly in His embrace or makes me brokenhearted by not being present before me. He is completely free to do anything and everything, and He will remain my worshipable Lord unconditionally.”
This is the purest, spiritual love. No one else comes close.

Because the Lord is on the absolute platform, there is no difference between the holy name of the Lord and the Supreme Lord Himself. There are different names for the Supreme Lord, and these names have different purposes and meanings. For instance, He is known as Paramatma, the Supersoul, Brahman the Supreme Absolute, Srishtikarta the creator, Narayana the transcendental Lord, Rukminiramana the husband of Rukmini, Gopinatha the enjoyer of the gopis, and Krishna. In this way the Lord has different names, and these names indicate different functions. The aspect of the Supreme Lord as the creator is different from the aspect of the Lord as Narayana. Some of the names of the Lord as the creator are conceived by materialistic men. One cannot fully realize the essence of the Supreme Personality of Godhead by understanding the name of the creator because this material creation is a function of the external energy of the Supreme Lord. Thus the conception of God as the creator includes only the external feature. Similarly, when we call the Supreme Lord Brahman, we cannot have any understanding of the six opulences of the Supreme Lord. In Brahman realization, the six opulences are not realized in full; therefore Brahman realization is not complete understanding of the Supreme Lord. Neither is Paramatma realization, realization of the Supersoul, full realization of the Supreme Personality of Godhead, for the all-pervading nature of the Supreme Lord is but a partial representation of His opulence.
Even the transcendental relationship experienced by a devotee of Narayana in Vaikuntha is incomplete in that it is not realization of a relationship with Krishna in Goloka Vrindavana. The devotees of Krishna do not relish devotional service to Narayana because devotional service to Krishna is so attractive that Krishna's devotees do not desire to worship any other form. Thus the gopis of Vrindavana do not like to see Krishna as the husband of Rukmini, nor do they address Him as Rukminiramana. In Vrindavana Krishna is addressed as Radhakrshna, or Krishna, the property of Radharani. Although the husband of Rukmini and Radha's Krishna are on the same level in the ordinary sense, still, in the spiritual world, the names indicate different understandings of various aspects of Krishna's transcendental personality. If one equalizes Rukminiramana, Radharamana, Narayana or any other name of the Supreme Lord, he commits the fault of overlapping tastes, which is technically called rasabhasa. Those who are expert devotees do not accept such amalgamations which are against the conclusions of pure devotional service...

God Krishna loves Radha and loves Rukmini equally. Only the role differs.I mean the feelings are different.
Lover cannot be wife and wife cannot be lover. This is enough to explain their roles in his life.
I had used lover because nowdays we understand this term better than Radha is soul of Krishna or devotee who had surrenderd to Krishna fully .
Excuse me for using this word lover - Devotees of Lord Krisha.

Rukminidevi, the Queen Consort of Sri Krishna is the Swarupa-shakti (mulaprakriti), the essential potency of Krishna (krsnatmika) and She is the Queen of the Divine World (jagatkatri), Dwaraka/Vaikuntha. The Srutis which are closely associated with the narrations of the pastimes of the Vraja-gopis with svayam-rupa Bhagavan Sri Krishna, the Parabrahma, have declared this truth (Gopala-tapani Upanisad 57). They cannot be separated. As Lakshmi is Vishnu's Shakti(power or strength) so even as Rukmini she is his strength.
Krishna married 16,108 women. 8 of them were chief. In real life there was no one named Radha. Radha means devotion which the gopis or cowgirls of gokul had for Krishna.
"The transcendental goddess Srimati Radharani is the direct counterpart of Lord Sri Krishna. She is the central figure for all the goddesses of fortune. She possesses all attractiveness to attract the all-attractive Personality of Godhead. She is the primeval internal potency of the Lord." (Brihad-gautamiya-tantra)
"Among all persons, it is Sri Radha in whose company Lord Madhava is especially glorious, as She is especially glorious in His." (Rig-parisishta)
So there is no difference between both Radha rani and Rukmani devi both are the incarnation of same.

Krishna says Radharanies Love is the Highest for Him. He reciprocates with our mood and level of love and devotion. Radha is the Best lover of Krishna. No one can exceed Her. She is higher than Laxmi Devi higher than Sita Devi and they are higher than Maya or Kali. Though so many people are worshiping Kali and have no taste for loving Sri Radha. They just don't know Sri Radhas love and mercy. Srimad Bhagavatam by Bhaktivedatna Prabhupada

It is wrong to suggest that Lord Krishna Love Radha more that Rukmani . In fact, both had their own roll to complete the Lord Krishna`s LILA and it was.
