Is this card only useable at Macy's? Or can you purchase other things with it? If it doesn't have a Visa logo...

it's a Macy store card, much like a Sears, or Circuit City card you can only use it at that department store.

If it doesnt have the Visa logo on it You can use it at other Federated Dept. Stores

Without a Visa/MC logo, it can only be used at Macy's, and sometimes other stores that are owned by the same company.

as long as you have a visa, mastercard, discover, amex etc. you can use it just about everywhere.
this goes for all cards..
