Try all of them!
LR - blue and yellow
Kitchen - Yellow with a little lavender
Bedroom - lavender with blue
Match Bath to LR or bedroom.

It depends on your mood or the mood that you want to create when you enter your apt. If you want a soft tropical feel---you can certainly use shades of blue and lavender to echo the ocean...and have shells around..like a nautical beachy theme...or...if you want butterscotch yellow---you can have a spring theme...shades of yellow very pale lemon in the kitchen and then a soft earthen shade in the living to echo the woodsy feel...

If you are painting your whole apartment the same colour I vote for yellow.
